Cool

Morning all from sunny Cornwall.

But we had a huge downpour in the night, and windy with it.

Send it back down here, I don’t like the rain.

G'day all - from a wet and windy Lake District.
Arrived Monday afternoon and it's rained on and off ever since. Braved the Kirkstone Pass today & nipped down to Windermere and Bowness. Apart from getting very wet, I managed to get a pork and chilli pie which I'm just about to scoff and wash down with a bottle of Aspall's Premier Cru Cyder.
No TV here, no internet and very little mobile phone reception so this might be one of my last posts until we get home. Gale force winds, heavy rain and overnight temperatures of around 6 degree forecast for tonight - time to batten down the hatches methinks.

Having a rainy week in Kielder forest, though things are meant to change tomorrow, I'll believe it when I see it...........having said that it's bright and sunnyish outside the pub just now
