G'day all - temperature has dropped a few degrees up 'ere this morning - I wonder if we're due for a touch of a real Winter?

Took me ages this morning to decide what to have for breakfast. It was either:

Low salt, low sugar shredded wheat, with semi-skimmed milk and a glass of orange juice, or
A couple of slices (thickly sliced) of smoked gammon, followed by chocolate gateau and lemon cheesecake with a decent drizzle of cream, plus a cup of coffee made with cream, and laced with Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum.

Correct - I had the slightly less healthy food at lunchtime
