More smoke...
I thought I'd solved my smoking problem with my 'new' intercooler radiator. No more black smoke, but driving in the cold murky conditions today, I noticed that when accelerating hard, I was giving off some sort of smoke. it wasn't as dark and noticeable as before, but still can't be normal. Should I be worrying about it?

I haven't owned a diesel 75 myself but I had an mk2 45 TDi and I've got friends with 75 CDTs and from my experience, a bit of smoke under hard acceleration for an old diesel is most likely nothing out of the ordinary. Just monitor it see how it goes maybe try the simple stuff first like a diesel cleaner or filling up from another petrol station my 45 had a tendency to smoke quite a bit whenever I filled with cheap supermarket diesel.

I did fill it up at one of the local supermarkets - but then, I normally do that anyway. I have used REDEX recently too, but will have a look for something else that may help to clean out the injectors as well.
