Your pic of the Mondeo mount isn't exactly useful since it has obviously been set alight.

Thanks! Same on KV6, I replaced the lower mount with my latest model this afternoon. Far better then everything I have tried before (at least this is my first impression after a short ride). BTW, found the previous one in perfect condition and in one piece, it was just a little too rigid.

Get hold of a Mondeo mount and fit that. Its a cheap, quick and easy solution, until someone comes up with a better solution.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

Hi,
does anybody know the inner diameters of both bores of the alloy bracket?
Also the width of both bushes would be interesting.
Have access to various brand new engine mounts and want to check if I can find anything suitable..., many thanks.

Thumbs up Re-designed engine lower mount

This is excellent I will follow your progress with interest as my mounts are showing signs of wear now and I am thinking of replacing them.
I really hope it pans out. I would be happy to act as a guinea pig for trials, if that is something you would consider.
