x-power upgrade
CONFUSED !!!!
Reading previous forums I understood that with a T4 you were able to perform the x-power upgrade. I contacted our local Rover /MG specialist and was told that this upgrade required a disc from Rover ..approx £300 and this disc only was usable on one car can someone confirm which is correct....and how can fellow members be able to offer this service for £100 or less ??? again thanks |

Don't know about this, but have you spoke to Thomas Devlin at Randalstown or BXR Cars in bangor?

The x-power disc is reusable but the unlock code to apply the tune is generated from the chassis number, first you take the last 6 numbers and then.... whoops no, thats MY little secret

However, it's just a code - and some clever T4 operators have worked out how to work out what the code is. They then install it for you. This is why theres a significant price difference. |
