Default cdt 75 still no power tryed absolutely loads need some expert advice now

as its bin said a few times my 75 is being a pain!!!!! its random whether she has power or not, ive tryed literally everything,

cleaned egr out and blocked it off , cleaned inlet out and map sensor, unplugged maf still runs the same, got told change under bonnet pump wich new 1 arrived today via flea bay and GUESS what still the same, in tank was replaced in november when it failed,

i can start the car up it runs fine for 3-4 seconds then it just cuts the power off

repeat the process still runs for 3-4 seconds then power dies off and doesnt rev above 2800 rpm,

dont think its the o rings or it wouldnt boost at all

also taken pcv out and thats in process of being cleaned bin in thinners for 10 days :-D

when it goes into the stupid mode you can hear the turbo spooling up still as there is no air box on at the mo,#

any one got any ideas or local to leicstershire that would come take a look and help pin point out what it is,
im starting to consider scrapping it now with all the agro its causing me
which would be a shame as she is a nice rare black colour :-D
many thanks si

Hmmm, does the big air intake pipe swell up when you rev a bit?

If it does, then I think you may have a fueling issue, low pressure in the common rail. Could be main HP fuel pump, or, more likely, a leaking injector..

would the HP pump be the reason why it runs oki some times then cuts out the power to car??? and be the reason why when i start it it runs oki for 3-4 seconds then power drops, if i cant get it sorted with in next few days gonna put it up at £500 as it is for sale and if no intrest ill strip it down as its just had second hand in tank pump thats still under guarantee brand new UBP new scuttle panel, cleaned and blocked egr valve cleaned inlet pcv loads of other silly little bits that all mount up

Said it before, mine was the same. First thing I did was changed O rings. No more problem. For £3.55 what you got to lose. 10min job. If you're only getting to 2800rmp it ain't boosting at all.
