Default Blown Fuse in engine bay

Ive just noticed that FL 12 in my engine bay fuse box is blown. The car seems to have no problems, does anyone have a quick answer to what fuse FL12 is on CDT.

The 2 x 40 amp fuse links should be: 7 - Heated Rear Window relay and 10 - Blower Motor relay.
