Morning all.

Overcast but dry here at the moment. Due to be chucking it down this afternoon.

Pleased to hear that folks are feeling good and/or better with a bit of R&R and maybe the effects of Spring with some warmer weather and lighter nights.

Not too sure what makes a Defender "desirable" not my thing I'm afraid. But then again I drive Rover 75 . Each to their own.

Take care everyone.

Morning all, It's a total opposite from yesterdays sunshine & blue skies, Grey skies & raining here.

This wet weather is set in for the whole day looking at the forecast I was hoping to finish reseeding one of the lawns after raking wheelbarrow loads of moss out of it, Bloomin' stuff was 3" thick in places & it's a south facing lawn at that

You and me both, it’s a supply and demand thing they tell me !
That particular series of Defender generate a lot of interest and bids on them through the Car&Classic auctions for whatever reason .

We had a visitor yesterday. There's been a cat lurking around, seen it in the garden a few times. No idea where its from, nobody here has a cat and no other houses close.

I was sitting in the lounge, back door open, the cat wandered into the kitchen and went to examine Maya's empty dish. It saw me, stood and looked at me, Suzy saw it and decided to investigate, Suzy is ok with cats but the cat disappeared back out the door. Just as well it wasn't Pops who saw it, she'd have taken off like an Exocet missile.

Rain hasn't reappeared yet but according to BBC weather the probability of rain increases later evening into night.

Anybody else having bother getting eggs? Couldn't get any, tried the local Co-op and Lidl, notice in the Co-op about supply problems
