Default replacing rear door door

Hello all,
how would I go about removing a door? I have to replace the rear door of my car as it has broken window and dent and thought it would be easier to replace the whole thing. Do I need to be cutting cables and soldiering when I get the donor door on or is it a plug and socket? (on the flex). Any help appreciated.

Two small circlips to remove on each door hinge, pull the rubber grommet away from the door pillar and unclip the wires at the plug, undo the 10mm bolt that holds the spring clip to the door pillar then lift the door away from the car.. dead easy.

First thing to do is lower the window around 50mm before you do anything else. If you can do this on the replacement as well it will make the job a lot easier.
