Rover 600 sticky ariel
I have a 600. The ariel sticks at times, half way up or 3 inches from the bottom. Have cleaned it, and wiped it with WD40, still no good. Then tried wiping it with silicone spray.............still sticks! What do you recommend? Each time the ariel comes up it's wet!

I used to regularly change the mast on my Ti aerial. I think they cost about £15 and take less than 5 minutes to replace.
In the end I had a bee-sting aerial fitted, the rubbishy electric aerial removed and the hole plated and sprayed. |
