A Wifes View.
Hi guys this is a true story what happened this week when buying a tourer.
Me and the wife pulled up at the dealership and I went to view the car. My beloved opted to stay in our own 75. Having sorted the wrinkles In our own 75 I was quietly confident. After a couple of minutes it became obvious that my little knowledge was far more than the salesman. So then I changed up a gear and the b/s started to flow. Plenhams, Inlet manifold, sunroof, you name it and it required work. So I said that because of all the work required I was not interested. To cut a long story short we agreed of £500 for the car less Tha half price. Feeling quite pleased with my self I told the wife of the new price. I went to sort the paperwork and when I returned my wife had disappeared. 30 minutes later she came into the office with a grin on her face. Where have you been my darling ( not necessarily those words) oh I saw a shoe shop and I have bought these... It was then Venus and Mars came to mind. Women cant live with them cant live without them and cant shoot them. |
