Make sure Google play services and play store are upto date and clear their cache

One last attempt, cleared the caches for the play store uninstalled last version of tom-tom go, reset machine then downloaded it again. still the same..

Jubbarelly, your pictures shows the same cpu z results like aircube, did they change the cpu brand since you posted those photo's?

Its all very strange, when you look at the actual screen on the Eclipse it shows the processor as a ARM 8 Core 64-Bit CPU Coretex-A63. Rockchip uses these chips on the Systems on a Chip. Looking on Rockchip website it would appear that we have the Rockchip RK3368 SOC in the XTrons and Eclipse units and that the CPU reading programs don't yet have this processor in their database.

yeah like I said CPUZ isnt reading the info correctly.

Doesnt go from the fact that your Eclipse should defo run Tom Tom Go app.

What firmware version is it running on the Eclipse?

The Xtrons unit is now on April firmware.

Also try ejecting all the sd cards from the stereo and try to do a new install of TomTom Go, this should then force it to install on the internal memory of the unit.
