Default tom tom on android head units?

Quick question, there's a local Rover 75 owner who's asked if I can fit a new android head unit for him. I've recommend the Naval and Adroidice ones to him since these are most popular and best looking ones. He'd like to have the navigation option on it but he prefers to use Tom Tom. Is it possible to get hold of the TOM TOM navigation software which is downloadable onto an SD card to insert into the maps slot on these head units, and would it work?

Cheers,

There are how tos on how to transfer it to an external card for use in the map slot but felt this wasnt nessacary.
