Default Eastwood, Nottingham to Eden Camp National Meet

Hi all,

There is a MG ZR front bumper and boot spoiler I'd like to get hold of which is in Nottingham, pretty far from me where I'm all the way down in Essex.

Is there anyone attending the Eden Camp national meet this weekend who's travelling from near Nottingham who could collect these for me and bring them to the national meet please?

Cheers

It's probably of no use to you, but I could probably pick them up and take them to the Fish & Chip run on Saturday if someone else can carry them on from there?

I am in Haxby which is 18 miles from Eden camp. I can hold the parts at my house for you to pick up after the meet if that's any good, or take them to the meet....

I know you need to get them collected from Nottingham but if anyone is travelling from there this week to the York area perhaps something can be sorted....

I could drop them off at yours on Saturday AM if that's an option Gary?

I'm working not far from you all week, but sadly I've not got the van at the moment and I'm being picked up every day

Default Eastwood Notingham to Eden Camp?

Hang on fellahs!

If the OP is going from Essex to Eden Camp (near York) surely the route is up the A1, which passes not far from Nottingham?

Am I missing something?

the guy selling the bits is away on Saturday and Sunday unfortunately, and on the way to Nottingham we're going via Lincolnshire on the Saturday so the opposite direction from Nottingham, could have collected on the way back on Sunday but he's not going to be around.

Might see if he can leave it with a neighbour or something.

Hi Tony,

would you still be up for collecting and dropping off to the fish & chip run? Brian (Freebyrd) is attending the fish & chip run and has offered to hold them for me in his tourer for me to collect at the national meet on Sunday as he his attending that too.

The bumper and spoiler would have to be collected either today or tomorrow though as the seller is away Saturday and Sunday, although he said he can leave the bits outside his garage to be collected on the saturday if needed (been told it's secure there).

Only if you're not going to have to go way out of your way to collect them mate otherwise I'll collect them on Sunday on the way home from Eden Camp as he said he'll leave them outside his garage for me.

Many thanks,
