Urgently needed
Hi does anyone know where I can get the cast iron rod part for the automatic tensioner part number LHP100610

You should be able to get one in a Breakers.I do'nt think there would be too many of them sold.

The standard advice is to renew the tensioner along with the belts every 90K miles/6 years.
