Default Break pedal judder/grinding

Hi all, I’ve been having a problem with a break pedal judder, and sounding like metal on metal, when breaking, it doesn’t happen all the times I have changed the wheel disc and pads, and checked the piston works as it should, but still getting the same problem, I can feel the juddering through the pedal, when braking, has anyone got an idea, what the problem might be, thanks Ian.

Does it only happen at very low speeds, almost when you come to a stop?

Regards

Hi mate, so what would be the likely outcome, if it only happens at low speed, and stopping, regards Ian.
