Default Changing Mk 1 grille badge

I would like to put my new badge on, but can't find any how to on past forums, only about the facelift one.

Is it very difficult?

Thanks in advance.

I seem to remember using a soldering iron to heat the plastic tabs to remove the old one and using professional double sided numberplate tape on the new for belt and braces!

Thanks for the info, sounds like I can't do that on my own then.

Cheers Jennifer

Hi Jennifer.
Pop the front grill off and take a look it only takes 2 minutes to remove open bonnet, remove the two plastic grommets and lift the grill free.

Yes I can do that, but the badge has 2 plugs on back attaching it, as the new badge has, but can't see how to get them out.
