Newbie with a MG ZT-T
Hi all a newbie here. New to forums and an MG ZT-T, double whammy!
Just picked up an 04 grey tourer from Glasgow nice easy run home to Plymouth has lpg so that helps! To be far drive home was over 8 hrs and felt great, only stopping for fuel and food, very comfortable and I enjoyed it. Car now cleaned and seats defuzzed as far as I can, next is to find a load cover and refurb the front mesh as it’s a bit rusty. Would add some pics but don’t know how this is probably posted in the wrong place as well, oh well! |

Thanks all.
Here's a pic on the journey back. Also a pic of the seat before and after de-fuzz! Need to sort the front door lock out now, it doesn't unlock from the remote, saving for cambelt but it'll have to wait for a couple of months (hopefully!). Thanks for the heads up Ian G, i'll make contact. From next week going to be using the car for a weekly run from Plymouth to Poole for the foreseeable so if anybody needs anything ferrying there's plenty of space in the back! Hello and welcome, you now know it's good for a long run.
If no joy form Matt, Exeter Road Garage at Newton Abbot are a Rover specialist and also have a lot of second hand spares, and you're going to be passing frequently. They didn't have any door lock actuators to sort the lock when I asked last week. |
