Default Genuine or fake?

Just seen this on a local auction site, is it a genuine promotions article or something later made in China?

Opinions please

It does look very well made with good definition of the details........something that the cheap copies can fail to have.

Don't know sorry, I could imagine that something like this was made at launch and supplied to dealers but I've never seen one before.

If it's the genuine article then I might place a bid, but if it's the Chinese reproducing replicas then I'm not interested.

No Made in UK or anything, just a description that it is silvered metal and a few dimensions.

Regards,

Apologies for the size of the photo (only one I could find) but this is one of the presentation originals.

Many thanks for the replies. While possibly not original the price is low, (made in Midlands a plus), in good condition and I need something to counterweight all the brochures I have. Might well place a bid.

Regards
