Default Puxton Park Meet Sunday 20th July 2014.

I am organising a meet at Puxton Park for Sunday 20th July 2014 meeting at 9.30 to 10am.
It looks like a good day out with lots to do for all the family.
Link is below
http://www.puxton.co.uk/
Puxton is situated just off the M5 junction 21.

I have enquired with Puxton about having a parking area allocated and the discounted entry fee for group bookings as they offer a discount for groups of 20 or more which brings the admission price down to £4 each saving £2.70 off the adult rate
and saving £3.70 off the childrens admission price.

I will post up further details once confirmed with the venue.

Please advise if you would be interested in attending so I can add you to the list.

Forgot to add please also advise how many admission tickets you will need so numbers can be provided to Puxton Park.

Thanks

Clyde

Default Puxton Park Update.

I have phoned Puxton Park and Sunday 20th July will be ok for the meet, the only thing is Puxton Park may not be able to reserve an area of the car park as they will be busy (although I will add a request onto the booking form), but advised there is plenty of parking and overflow parking. Cost will be £4 each if more than 20 of us which can be paid on the day.
Does this sound ok?
I will need to need to email a booking form to Puxton Park.

Thanks

I have sent an email with a booking form to Puxton Park and I have requested in the email if we can have an area in the car park or overflow car park for us to all park together.
I will need to confirm numbers with Puxton Park one week before the meet.

Thanks

Default Puxton Park Meet Update.

Meet will be run along the lines of other meets where entry into Puxton Park will be optional as long as 20 of us pay to go in we will still get the discounted entry rate.
The meet is for us all to park together so if anyone is taking a T4 to meet this should be possible for members to have this done, like at the Helicopter Museum.
Weather should be a lot warmer and venue is just off M5 so it is easy access.
Thanks

I will not need a ticket to get in, thank you. It is quite a good venue though and it has a huge car park.
