Hey Steve. Yes mate sorry to say Bristol is showing multiple alarms at various sites.
Most auto triggered and networking are aware.
With several sites out I'd say a main trunk has gone down.
Will be dealt with ASAP.

Regards. Steve.

You're so right. What would we do now that our whole world is contained in a small plastic electronic gizmo.
I can't leave home without mine. I'm NAKED.

Mind you id like to shut off my work Blackberry!... It hasn't stopped over the last couple of days due to several shops and sites being vandalised.

It's such a pain when the network goes down. And try to find a call box!!

Regards. Steve.

Still showing multiple alarms. If a main switch or ODN has suffered a breakdown, Voda may also be waiting for BT engineers to attend the site as they are responsible for the main artilleries joining everything together. And you know what BT are like.
They will fix ASAP as it's not in their interest to keep anything off line. They lose revenue and custom.
Hope its up and running again soon.

Regards. Steve.

Hey steve remember this?
I forgot to post this up. Just a FYI. It's a brief log on what happened in your area when the service went down... Over 450 masts!!!

It seems a few masts were damaged and caused a failure over a large area, and the engineering team had to wait for health and safety to access workability. I don't know what caused the damage though.

Hope alls well as could be now
Regards. Steve.
