Was just about to say something similar - stocktake has always been fantastic to deal with, whereas Byron made absolutely awful accusations of a personal nature which were rather unforgivable.
Thankfully he's now been weeded out from most Facebook groups, and I continue to recommend stocktake where I can.

perhaps it was just the way I read it but this is what I thought was harsh

"And why should we go to the trouble of sending VIS motors off to someone unknown on here when we have our own resident VIS expert........"

I accept you did not mean to be harsh and so I hope anyone else that felt the way I did accepts that.
