Exactly the same.

Does anyone have access to the MGR Build Data files? The site seems to have been down for ages. The last numbers are 104619.

As stated above lift the rear seat or feel down the back of it for a couple of cords, pull on them and rear seat should fold down.

Remember check the plenums, tie back any hose that chaff or do damage to the A/C pipe.

Tie back the power steering hose that can rub on the A/C compressor pulley, bonnet mod, intercooler O-rings, do the demist test for the fan, once they have been checked report back and we maybe can find some other tasks for you well done for saving the car.

No sign of any chords, the seat back seems to be firmly fixed. No play at all. According to the Haynes Manual, some variants do have fixed rear seat backs. I believe that was the case for the Classic spec, perhaps for other models for a time.

I'll pass on the others items as I have no idea what you mean. I wouldn't know an intercooler if one jumped up and bit me.

The interior and boot are as dry as a bone. Long may they stay that way.

I'll try and tart it up tomorrow, get some specialist leather cleaner, then perhaps a pic or two.

A bar of vanish soap and a soft nail brush is all you need for the leather 😉
