thats what i like about this forum and you lot over there, always trying to help each other, even in the middle of a pandemic.
You dont see alot of this goodwill on other forums !!

Does he realise that there is an option for assistance? As per previous post, D&G covers a large area. Sanquhar a relatively short hop compared with Portpatrick! COVID aside, I am usually a frequent visitor to Newton Stewart.

He may not want something for free but although he may not be able to repay those here that help, he can help someone else and I am sure people will think it quits. No shame in being short of a bob or two and no one has commented anything derogatory, just offers of help
