Wheel switch illumination was something that l thought about a couple of weeks back & this mod is very impressive.
I have both sets of switches though the cruise is a pure vanity show as l have a 1.8. If there was a budget version l might indulge myself though as l'm selling my car when ULEZ hits the London suburbs l wouldn't spend too much on fripperies.
Great work that man.

Another well thought out scheme. So when they close the Dartford crossing thats a 125 mile drive if you want to cross the river and not pay the ULEZ penalty!

I presume you'd have to use the North & South Circular roads and cross by the Woolwich ferry. Not familiar with the area though, so may be wrong.

I haven't had time to read this fully yet, will have a read later but I have all ready done the illumination on my steering wheel,

but i got the live for the illumination buy cutting and using the earth as the feed for it, as the steering is still earthed using the body work, i done this a few years back and been fine since.

but getting the leds into the steering wheel controls was hard work and yours look a lot brighter,

This looks NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD- brilliant! I'd be interested in illuminated buttons including cruise but probably not gesture control. A cracking mod!

Edit: the 'naughty' word is the one that Mary and Sunday have in common, nothing worse than that. Didn't realise I'd get censored!
