As already has been suggested the obvious one is Rover Specialists Repair Centre in Wickford. However I used to live in Harlow and for many years I took my Rover 600 to HG Evans in Station Rd, Old Harlow. For the last few years it has been run by his son Terry and it is a good, honest independent garage.

They have a long waiting list but one of the best around is MG Mobile mechanics. Dave alkins is the guy.

A bit further away, you could try MJN Motors in Bristol, Wurzel always goes there and a other members in the club use MJN Motors as well.

But only if you have very deep pockets, and no sense of what is involved in doing the job

In fact if you want to have work done properly and are willing to travel, then you would be hard pressed to find anyone better than Terry Shaw of TS Autos in Stourbridge

Nice one Rebecca he's only 10 mins away from me so if you still want to get any of my upgrades done you could book in on the same day if it works out

Cheers,
Rick
