Default East Somerset Railway Meet - Sunday 14th May 2017.

I thought I would start a list for a meet at the East Somerset Railway on Sunday 14th May 2017.

This is instead of the Cheddar Gorge Run as I thought it might be nice to attend a new or different venue for a meet as the Cheddar Gorge Run has been held for the last few years.

The venue is only 18 miles from Cheddar Gorge so it is not a great distance away and only takes just over 30 minutes to drive from Cheddar.

The venue has a large free car park, cafe and shop. There will also be steam trains running. Please see the link below for full details of the East Somerset Railway.

Link:

www.eastsomersetrailway.com

Date: Sunday 14th May 2017.
Meeting time
9.30am to 10.00am.

List of members who would like to attend:

1. Nev The Bear
2. Stephen Fussell
3. Marmy6
4. cengar
5. Ceedy
6. Sonic ZS
7. Gus and Lyn
8. Rev Jules and Dawn
9. Windrush Derek and Lillian
10. devondaz
11. b_1_rd (tbc)
12.
13.
14.
15.

Please be aware this is not an official 75 & ZT Owners Club meet and as such is not covered by the clubs public liability insurance. Also the owners club take no responsibility for the meet in any way.

There is a cafe at the East Somerset Railway, unfortunately the menu is not online at the moment. I did call in to the East Somerset Railway today to make some enquiries but due to.winter opening there was not anyone around.

I can confirm though there is plenty of parking so this will not be as issue for us.
