I see lots of later cars in metallic red but never a one in that lovely deep maroon of the earlier cars.
Here's the one in Dawlish on an 02 plate.

Very nice - I do like the colour, which is why I chose it for my first 75 back in 2001. I was looking for some pictures of it, but they are all pre-digital camera era (for me at least), so not postable without lots of messing about. My sister-n-law still runs that car, but the paint has a bit of a haze on it now - it needs a good days work with a clay bar and some cutting compound to get it back to its former glory.

Spike, Thank you for posting the picture, I think it shows the 75 in a way that lighter colours seldom do.

Hi Rich, I saw your Chatsworth car at your Warrington meet, now that was a rare car. What do you think of your dad's Damson 75?

It was parked next to my Chatsworth saloon at that meet and was the reason I got into 75's in the first place.

I saw a Damson 75 today for the first time in the flesh.
What a lovely colour!
It was a 02 reg saloon in St Austell, Cornwall

I've seen a Y reg Damson Red 75 in Weston a couple of times. I take it that it was yours.

No mine's a White Gold connoisseur but you won't see it in Weston, it lives in the garage of our home in Llangollen, but we also have a flat in Weston. I used see a gorgeous Damson 75 in Cecil rd, Weston but have not seen it for a while.
