You will have a falling down old building that would cost a fortune to keep maintained, then there is council taxes, electricity bills etc etc etc

It would make a good place to house a car museum but the building would have to generate it's own income. Just storing old cars it in won't generate income.
the groups would pay as it will be the the groups and the factory isn't falling down it was used up to last year

but it will if not maintained, the cost of which would be enormous.

plus it wasn't all used was it, much of it was just stood decaying

£20M is a huge figure to raise in the first place!

In my opinion the way we remember Longbridge is to keep and maintain our wonderful cars.
every has a chance if we don't try it will be in the past all the other groups said yes we should try its only this group thats saying no

Much as I applaud your sentiments with regard Longbridge and trying to save it I don't see that you will stand much chance in the way of developers wanting the land to bulldoze and stick housing on it........Sorry!

We should all stop knocking somebody who is trying to do some good, Thomas has already said that he and his dad are going to sort out the finances and I think we should take him up on that,

I for one look forward to the projected figures from them to provide a viable financing arrangement.
