One thing i will mention is that some people change the Antenna leads but I guess that could mean they splice to the blue

Hi Sean,

The blue wire is already in the ISO connector, it's not connected into the head unit end of the supplied loom.
I'll send you a photo later when I'm back at the shop

They do indeed.

I will need to check that they all get their 12 volt feed from there but I'm pretty sure they do.
All previous Navall double dins the wire was connected (from memory) so this never caused a problem. Only in Highline head unit replacement was this usually an issue.

OK, first some positives that I'm really pleased with:
WiFi performance is much better than the Nav3 - I can reliably get connected to our network out on the drive.
Primo navigation runs much more smoothly.

However (one for Jeff I suspect)
The TMC licence files were missing from my SD card (the folder iGo\content\tmc) so I wasn't picking any TMC events up.
Copied the files over from the card in the Nav3 - and presto! A nice long list of events.

Not sure what has happened there

Just checked my folder and it is there !

Anyone else experiencing the same issue let Sean know and he can send the file to copy and paste on to the navigation card.

No idea how it happened Jeff!

I do seem to have a track record with making files disappear and configs change in iGo without trying though...

It's in a folder called "New Star" which I guessed was right as the interfaces are similar between the units (also not long between releases so not much chance of an updated version).

They are just my names for the folders so I can find them in the sea of stuff on the computer

I reckon I might have emptied the TMC folder by mistake instead of the map folder when copying the relevant maps over to the card

did you join the two Blue leads with the plug and socket on together too or just connect the Blue marked ANT to the red ACC lead?
