Default Short Notice Meet In Southampton, 7:30pm Wed 12th November

Hi, I hope no one minds me posting here.

I'm meeting up with a couple of fellow R75/ZT owners at The Regents Park Hotel in Southampton at around 7:30pm this Wednesday (12th November)

The landlord Mike is also a ZT owner he took over a few months ago and has done a really good job refurbishing the place, the beer is always spot on and the food is top notch too! It has a decent sized well lit car park too.

Would be nice to see a few faces if anyone’s free, we could even have our own bar if there’s enough interest?

Apologies for the short notice, but as I said if there’s enough interest maybe we could arrange a regular meet?

Let me know if anyone’s got any questions.

Chris

I would have popped along, but I'll be frantically loading up, and doing all the last minute things ready for the NEC Classic Motor show which we will be setting up the next day in Birmingham. I hope you get a good turn out.

I don't do facebook or other social media but stick up a postcode for Sat/Nav use and I'll try and make it.

Come on Reebs, I've said I'll go the extra mile to be there, surely you could find a way of going the extra 1000 yards, if only for 5 minutes.
I know you have a lot on your plate but sometimes an impromptu act makes life easier.

I will try and make it over but can't promise for this one due to short notice but if you can make another one with a little notice I will be happy to come along .

Of course I understand, it was a cheeky post to give a bump to this thread, as is this response.
Mind you, it would have been great to meet one of the architects who built this club, another time maybe.

I too would have attended the meet but I too have to get ready for the NEC. Another time hopefully.

Yeah it was just me and two others but I thought I'd see if anyone else wanted to tag along. I'll have a word with Mike the landlord about arranging a December meet with a bit more notice.

What day does everyone prefer? A Friday evening maybe?

Would have been nice to see you Reebs but I can completely understand the time that goes in to the classic car show.
