Morning all, It's cloudy & a bit chilly out there, I've only been into the garage to put the battery maintainer on the Rover & that's as far as I'm going outside today.

Diarrhoea is quite debilitating from the large amount of fluid lost and it can take several days to get over it. If you dont get over it, you will need your electrolyte bloods done with medical attention until they are normal. Most of the time rehydration can be done at home. Maybe a friend or neighbour can look in and get you some Rehydration powders .....Get well soon soon Bob

Evening all, by gum it ain't 'alf cold outside this evening, just been out to take the wheelie bins out.

Blimey! just been reading about Chevrolet closing 5 car plants down and laying off 15000 employees in the USA today and putting that money into BEV's.
They've discontinued the Chevy Volt PHEV too as of today.

It makes you wonder what's going to happen to European automotive jobs especially VW(VAG) etc when they wont need half of their workforce, scary times in the automotive industry.

As suggested by Gatekeeper plenty of fluids, and try to eat something like a piece of toast.

Take good care of yourself mate.
