That's why we bought the second one! It costs over £1000 (wholesale) to fill a ZT-T with sweets!

Just boarded the blubber ship for a non stop cruise to being classified as a 'healthy weight'.

Day one has begun today, weigh in at around 14 stone and 12 pounds. Started a diet based on eggs and grapefruit - tried it before and lost nearly a stone. Will see how this one goes.

Lots of temptation, everywhere I look seems to be food related when you're not thinking about it. Never realised how many people have food as their avatar!!

Time to dig up an old thread!! It is a year tomorrow since i started my wieght loss journey which was mainly down to high blood pressure & generally feeling pretty fed up with myself. I haven't weighed myself for a couple of months now but have been keeping up with the careful eating & regular excercise ( still getting up a 5.00 to walk the dog then do the dvd workout ) & so this morning i stepped on the scales, i was reluctant to look at the display but when i did i was very happy. 10st 1 & 1/4lb . My weight when it was first checked in mid December last year was 13st 11 but i had been dieting a couple of weeks by then so i guess my start weight was around the 14st mark.
I am due back at the doctors within the next couple of weeks for the blood pressure checking but i am fairly sure it will be ok.

Steve.

OK - I admit it - I'm probably over the top too. 5' 10" - 14st 7lb
I stayed at about 13 and a half stone from the age of 18 until I was 60 - but then, enforced retirement has led to a bit less active (and stressful) lifestyle.
I had a heart attack 7 years ago, so I do eat relatively healthily - low fat, low sugar, low salt, plenty of greens (NO sprouts!) - but when I do eat - I like a good, big plateful - maybe that's the problem
