Rover Splash Screen
Hi
A question for the techie bods on here. I am the proud owner of a sat nav system running a 16.9 screen and MkIV DVD Drive (thanks to Canonite). I'm currently running a firmware version which has been modified to include an MG logo. On the menu screen it shows up as SW 4 1/01 . Has anyone got a copy of the v32 upgrade with a pre-facelift Rover logo on it please? I realise there might have be a bit of work needed to 'modify' the software into thinking its a later version! Or failing that a .gif image of the same logo in 256 colours measuring 400 pixels x 234 pixels might do the trick. Cheers |

I made this in a couple of minutes: https://www.mediafire.com/convkey/72...bqgr22vu6g.jpg
From the dozens of logos here: https://www.google.co.uk/search?safe...uact=5#imgrc=_ If you can insert images into the satnav software, you'll find it easy to create exactly you want using any image processing software. I used Photofiltre (free) for this one. It's a 400x234 .jpg here because the host converts anything you upload, but swapping it to a suitable .gif is simple enough.
