Morning all, dry here at the moment but I doubt that will last long judging by the colour of the sky.

'tis fair lashing it down here too - the wife has even abandoned her usual Tuesday trip to market.
I'm sat here eating breakfast with the curtains drawn - it's a depressing sight out there at the moment

Morning all.

Was a lovely day yesterday in Norfolk but chucked it down late afternoon/evening.

It is dry but rather overcast this morning.
We have very high spring tides at the moment and with the rain adding to the water levels there has been some localised flooding.
It's about an hour and a half till high tide here in Acle and the boat is sitting quite high on the pontoon. I will be keeping a close eye on the mooring ropes !

Morning Jeff, How do boat owners go on when they're not there to adjust mooring ropes for these events? I should imagine something like a high tide would cause a lot of damage to boat & mooring!!!

Morning, dry(ish) here, occasional spots of rain, cool wind though. Taking the girls for their bi-monthly hair do later. Difficult to find a decent groomer, the one we use now is so popular they closed their diary for the year way back in March Another local groomer retired a while ago and Jim said they are getting people phoning up offering to pay two or three times the going rate to try to get their dogs in.
