Boot lid lining.
Removed the above today,ready to cover it with beige carpet. Noticed the leaver in top r/h corner,which i imagine is to open boot from inside in emergency. But cable is so slack i can't make out how it would work.

Unclip it from its holder and pull it carefully. On my car it's a small handle on the end of a release cable, not a hinged lever.

Yes, the 'lever' is a simple handle to enable you to pull the cord. The first photo shows it in the stowed position. It's a simple push/snap fit. TC Last edited by T-Cut; 24th September 2019 at 15:10.. |
