I did tell the previous owner that I doubt there was going to be a better new owner.
It's looking much better already, did the white paint come off ok? |

V8 Wheels
Yes the paint came out nicely Rich.
I've just switched the alloys on the car, changing them back to OEM with some freshly refurbed Apex alloys in place of the very expensive Team Dynamics Black ones. These will be going up for sale soon, as although they are great looking, for me it has to be OEM. |

Beauty & The Beast
I thought about those badges, but preferred the OEM look.
As the sun was out in force today, I couldn't resist a side by side comparison with my V6 75. Beauty & The Beast you might say |

I agree. Paul, do you prefer the chrome or the body colour side trims? Or indeed both?

For me, the extra chrome of the Rover adds to the beauty over the 'all body coloured' version of the MG, but it's a personal thing and others may disagree.
I also think it depends on the colour of the car too. Chrome on Lagoon works particularly well in my eyes, perhaps more so than on other colour finishes. But as you say, I have the best of both worlds. |
