I have heard back from the Wheel and for those interested we can get a discount on a boat trip on the wheel and up through the tunnel. I've copied the email below.
I can offer your Group a discounted rate of £7.75 per person (if any children £5.95) the standard rates are £12.50 and £7.75. You would have to specify a time in order to qualify for the discounted rate and it must be one payment not individual ones and our boats hold 90 so everyone should be able to travel together depending on availability.
