Default Wiper judder.

Hi everyone,

My front and rear windscreen wipers are intermittently juddering, jerking stopping and starting mid sweep and parking in the wrong place. Seems to be worse first thing when the car is cold. Then fine for the rest of the day. I read somewhere that worn connectors in the front wiper motor could be the cause. Is that right and why would that affect the rear wiper. Any thoughts, many thanks.

Alex.

That doesn't sound like an mechanical fault. You have a poor electrical connection somewhere. Could be a dodgy fuse as both back and front are affected.

Many thanks. I'll check the connections and fuses.
