Yesterday I took Jessica to the airport for her flight last night to Nairobi. The same thing, but she needed a wheelchair to get to the plane. On Monday she had acupuncture and saw a chiropractor for her back.

The Belladonna patch helped Jessica endure the long flight. She said it numbed the pain by deadening the nerve. A homeopathic remedy with no guarantees that it will work for everyone.

Jessica has had a bad back on and off since the age of 25. Richard, I sincerely hope the osteopath is able to bring you relief with his magic fingers - guys no funny comments please. Richard, have a peaceful night.
I would get n
back ache from time to time. Phil, but 10 yeara ago, I broke my back in 3 places after falling from a roof, about 10ft and landing feet first, then slamming down on to my coccyx.

The pain was like being kicked in the back. I was at work at the time, but managed to hop about 500 yards to the car, and drive home. Ever since then I get occasional back problems, but haven't had this kind of neck pain for alot of years. Deep Heat works for a short period of time, but can only use it twice a day.

Got some bacon and eggs to cook up later for breakfast although it might be nearer lunchtime when I get around to it

Morning all. Slightly damp here.

Had a fantastic evening last night at the Cornish MG Owners club dinner. Could not fault the meal in anyway.

Flying Banana was the chosen transport. She handled the very wet conditions in her usual impeccably style.

Our daughter took the missus to watch 'Bohemian rhapsody' last night in Bolton , I declined as my back still ain't right & I said I'm not being cooped up in those stall seats for two hours

See the last time the missus & I went to the pictures was in 1972 and unbeknown to me they don't have rows of those drop down seats any more.

She said she was gobsmacked at how much the pictures has changed. you have a leather armchair recliner type chair

I said no more usherette ladies with fags n chocolates!.......I guess I should get out more
