Absolutely horrible day yesterday. Had the endoscopy, possibly one of the most unpleasant procedures there is. They didn't find anything related to the liver, they did spot something (possibly an ulcer) but had bother getting near it for a biopsy as it was "hidden" in a fold, took several attempts and as a result I had the f.... thing down my throat for nearly fifteen minutes. I could feel the thing pushing at different parts of my stomach, last night I was really uncomfortable, not a whole lot better today. Don't want to eat anything yet, is it possible to bruise the inside of the stomach

Just spent the last hour adjusting the hand brake shoes.
What stupid place to put the adjusting wheel.
Why not put another hole in the drum in line with it .

You could get the hub and disc machines out Freddie, I have thought about doing this a few times as it’s a pain to adjust them!
