Well that was a wasted journey! The clinics' delivery of a fresh batch hadn't turned up so I need to make another appointment.

Sodslaw has reared its ugly head! Just been advised when my neighbour's funeral is . . . . I have a hospital appointment same day, just 30 minutes after the funeral start time. Normally I'd reschedule the appointment but I've been waiting several months and the last time I had to reschedule an appointment with this specialist I had to wait about 6 months for another

Thumbs up

All of my neighbours missed the funeral of a popular local who died here last year. It was all over and done with before anyone found out as he lived alone and he had arranged for a quick and simple no fuss pure-like cremation. If you wish to pay your respects later watch out for the All Souls' service in early November at the most relevant church - assuming it is one of traditional Western Christianity which holds such a service. The All Souls' service is for all who have passed in that year and I attended one last year to pay my respects to the neighbour who died.

Edit: Repetition removed.

I went to B&M to get a bag of ericaceous compost for the blueberry bush I ordered, The old one went belly up due to sitting in constant rain water I got a lot of tidying up done in the garden & the back lawns mowed I'm cream crackered now so cant be bothered cooking so we're having ping meals, Iceland specials any three types of curry for six quid they're not half bad either.

Cool

Afternoon all.

Been a funny old day. But the weather has stayed dry. But certainly colder. Recycling bins are out ready for tomorrow.

Yeah I prefer that jasmine rice over basmati rice too but Iceland doesn't have a good selection, It was either that or Uncle Bens, I got everything there online as I was filling up the freezer with meat & fish offers plus these curries they like.

No we don't.

A house with a dog is, of course, the dog's house and they allow various friends to enjoy their company, friendship and love while there.

Cool

Morning everyone. Just risen from my sick bed. Spent last night and most of the early hours in the bathroom ejecting waste material. No idea where that came from. No sickness though and felt ok just that my insides were not happy. Took a few diarrhoea tablets to try and stem the flow. Worked eventually.
