Today has been a momentous day for me. It's been the first day in a long long time that I've been able to put my belt on without using a boomerang. ;-))

Non scale victories

I have a full wardrobe dedicated to clothes that are too small for me.......such fun I'm going to have in approximately 6 weeks

Might need to join the club to help get my blood pressure down.
Was noted after my crash that it was up & I got the nurse at work to keep an eye on it but it didn't drop much so now on medication to help lower it.

I know I'll need to make an effort.
Blood pressure has definitely come down a good bit I'm into the 140's from 180-190's. So a bit to go yet.

I don't understand why you bought clothes that are too small for you!

Me, I have the opposite problem, I buy the right sized clothes but they seem to shrink when hanging in the wardrobe.

Thinking about it, we both probably buy the right sized clothes but have malevolent wardrobes.
