Well, just don't worry about using indicators, the local population of AUDI and BMW drivers never do !

Only two options really.

Option 1: Ask Halfords to change bulb.

Option 2: Ask We Buy Any Car, how much.

Probably best deal is sell to We Buy Any Car.

Is it any wonder the British motor industry collapsed with unreliable products like these Rovers?
Sell them all, or scrap them and buy Japanese or German, its the only answer!

If only you'd advised that before I splashed out on a new bulb!

At least our Rovers won't get recalled, and Alan could use hand signals.

I think it would be worth replacing the bulb (quite an investment I know, given the value of the car) and if the worst came to the worst and your car had to be scrapped in the future, then you could always remove the bulb and fit it to your new car.

I also suggest you contact Matt (DMGRS) to see if he can help with a good deal on a suitable bulb.

Good luck my friend. Stay strong.
Yes, knowing plenty of club members believe these cars must be saved at any cost I gave in and spent £1.50 on a replacement bulb.

Unfortunately this led to even more cost, following "simple" instructions to access bulb holder, the spring that holds the light unit in place flew of into oblivion, so now I have to locate a source of a replacement spring and pay for it!

Take the one of the other side!!

I mean, we know our cars are over-engineered

Yes - another serious design weakness alongside cutches that only last 100k miles.
