Wooden steering wheel with facelift center badge.
Rear parcel shelf has a central speaker, possibility a Harmon Kardon set up.

I suppose if the mod is a new headlight bulb, the body part removed could be a finger.....!

Indeed a neatly painted red cooling fan that actually looks quite good...
In my opinion of course.

Couldn't resist the temptation when I was fitting my new radiator.
