Vibration . . . . maybe!

This is going to sound weird but . . . . driving along I keep thinking I can feel a “vibration”, as if I am driving on an undulating surface. I had one wheel (hairpins) out of shape, it was replaced with the spare which was ok, all the other wheels are fine but I keep thinking I can still feel the “vibration”. Has anyone else experienced anything like this or do I need psychiatric help
