Question BMW Widescreen - AUX?

Hi guys,

I've been scanning eBay, looking to upgrade my highline system to the BMW widescreen and also a BM24 radio.

Anyway, on my travels I found this aux lead that plugs into the beemer widescreen.....
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-AUX-Ca...item2576a7c958

Anyone know if this works? Or is it specific to the loom on the beemers?

I know BM54 have aux, so wasn't thinking of that.

Tris

It's specific to the BMW loom. Our cars don't have this input on the monitor loom.
Actually, on the beemers, this part of the loom goes straight to the AUX input of the BM54 radio module in the trunk.

BM53 is kind of the BM54 unit but for the US and australian markets, as far as I remember...
I believe there are some differences in radio bands...
