The South West is currently not very well represented, so any offer is a valuable one. You won't be needing brakes as most of it is at night and there won't be any traffic about!

Best circumstances to let the V8 out in - let me know asap where you need me to fill in. SWMBO needs to be negotiated with

Great, can I ask you to go the thread for the North West and put your kind offer to the Stage coordinator there please? See Events and Meets, RBR Stage 5/6

Thanks

We still need backup voulenteers just in case....., or you might want to meet up with the member who has already voulenteered and do it in tandem, supporting each other in a mini convoy.

Contingency plans on the way

I think its a no-brainer. Fred will be the primary "baton", as he will the owner and protector of the electronic brains that will provide the update and monitor the relays progress to keep the web informed of current position.

Default Relay threads

Can I ask that general comments about the relay are posted on the main event thread in the Events and Meets, forum as this thread is for the V8 contingent.

Forget that, i've just read your signature - apologies

Thanks

Andy

If you contact Mike who is coordinating the North East Stage, he will let you know what the position is regarding volunteers.

We also need reserves and people who can fill in if needed. There may also be the opportunity for mini convoys where there are several volunteers in the same area.

See the Events and Meets forum, RBR Stage 6

You might also want to think about being at the end of the event at Longbridge, we plan to kick off with the oldest car we can find and finish with the newest or the most recent reg, 08 fits the bill there.

Can i ask again that this thread is kept for our V8 friends. General Relay comments, or specific Stages have their own threads in Events and Meets.

Cheers

Andy
