Brake Judder!
Hello all,
When slowing down between around any speed higher than 30 miles an hour I experience sometimes quite violent brake judder, felt through the pedals and mostly through the steering wheel (it wants to move left and right in my hands! ). What is it and what can I do to rectify this problem! Its most unsettling when coming down from 70 ish to 50 as it feels quite a strong judder. Any tips are appreciated! P.S : Google is not being my friend in this case and don't know where to start!

So many possibilities here
However , if this has come on relatively suddenly then one thing to check is the rubber bushes at the rear end of the lower arms on the front suspension . They split over a period of time then tear free all of a sudden , allowing the lower arms to float around and move violently under acceleration or braking . Check by looking at them and by seeing if you can move the front wheel back and forward when the car is parked . Your starter for 10 ......
