Dash Cams?.
The vast majority of cameras face forward with limited views to both sides, has anyone on here used a cheap camera that can be used to look where you do when you drive, I know there are head cams that cyclists use but they can be a tad expensive. Rev Jules |

That could get you into trouble - sunny day, warm weather, short skirts etc...
Why though? |

Yeah, that would not work with me and my kids in the car.
And I would assume playback of said video would make a lot of people seasick because of the movement of the camera all over the place. Forward view and rearward view are the most important in my opinion.....and if your really obsessive........you could set up left and right hand cams too...... But i'm not going that far. |

1. Front 2. Rear 3. and 4 the sides. Even with the four, you still will not have 360 degree coverage. I have had three incidents where a camera would have been useful, my front and rear covered all of them adequately.
